What's included

The cloud layer configured properly.

M365 sells you fast. Configuring it correctly is the entire game. Here's what proper looks like.

Entra ID & identity

SSO across every app that matters. Conditional access policies that block the wrong access at the wrong time, from the wrong place. Privileged identity reviewed.

Intune device management

Windows, Mac, iOS, Android — enrolled, configured, and policy-controlled from one console. Wipe a lost device from your phone in 30 seconds.

Teams, deployed for adoption

Channels, governance, guest access, retention. Set up to be used — not to gather digital dust beside Slack.

SharePoint & OneDrive

Site architecture that matches how your firm actually works. Permissions auditable. External sharing policed. Search that finds the right document.

M365 backup & recovery

Microsoft retention policies aren't backup. We keep immutable, point-in-time recovery of mail, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. Tested quarterly.

Quarterly licensing audit

As your team changes, your license footprint should too. We review every seat every quarter and right-size before you renew.

Why this matters

Microsoft 365 is your identity plane.

For most firms, Microsoft 365 isn't just email — it's the front door to everything. Identity, file storage, internal communication, external collaboration, device policy. Get the configuration right and security, productivity, and compliance all get easier. Get it wrong and you have a sprawling attack surface plus a license bill you can't explain.

We see the same patterns walking into new clients: dormant accounts that never got disabled, external sharing wide open, admin roles handed to people who haven't worked there in months, licenses bought once and never reviewed. The Microsoft 365 console hides this complexity by default. Fixing it is what we do.

Our work concentrates on the configuration that matters: the identity controls that block the modern phishing attack, the device policies that keep your data on managed hardware, and the governance that keeps SharePoint from collapsing into a graveyard of half-finished sites.

Quarterly licensing review

The seats you stop paying for.

  • Departed-employee licenses reclaimed within days
  • E3-vs-E5 sizing reviewed per role
  • Unused F1/F3 frontline seats surfaced
  • Add-on SKUs (Defender, Intune, Power) validated against usage
  • Annual renewal posture: keep, downgrade, or drop
  • Documented savings before each renewal
How we deploy it

From audit to steady state.

Whether you're migrating to M365 from Google Workspace, taking over an inherited tenant, or hardening an environment you've outgrown.

01 · DISCOVER

Tenant audit

Identity, devices, mailboxes, SharePoint, licensing — documented. We surface what's misconfigured before recommending anything.

02 · DESIGN

Target architecture

Policies, governance, site structure, license tiers. A written plan you sign off on before any change is made.

03 · MIGRATE / HARDEN

Phased rollout

Changes deployed in waves, tested, validated. Users informed before policy changes that affect them. Rollback plans documented.

04 · OPERATE

Ongoing management

Monitoring, patching, governance review. Quarterly licensing audit. Annual posture review against current best practices.

Frequently asked

Cloud questions we hear a lot.

The honest answers we'd give you on a call.

We're on Google Workspace — should we switch?
Not unless there's a business reason. Workspace and M365 are both excellent at the core. The right answer depends on what's around them — your CRM, document management, security stack. We'll tell you honestly. We're certified on both.
Do you handle migrations from on-prem Exchange / file servers?
Yes, frequently. Cutover or hybrid, depending on size and risk tolerance. We migrate mailbox by mailbox, share by share, with rollback plans documented in advance.
What's the licensing approach? Do you mark up Microsoft?
We resell at standard CSP rates — no hidden markup on top. Where we earn fees is the management of the environment, not the resale margin. Quarterly audits typically save more than the management fee costs.
Can you work with our existing M365 partner?
Usually yes. Either we take over the relationship cleanly, or we run alongside in co-managed mode. We don't fight over reseller commissions — your team's experience is what matters.
What's "Copilot" — should we buy it?
Honest answer: depends on whether your data is in shape for it. Copilot reads everything the licensed user can read — so a poorly governed SharePoint becomes a much bigger problem the moment Copilot starts surfacing those files in summaries. We help clients get the data layer right before turning Copilot on.
